Solved by replacing RedHat with Windows 2003--re: HTTP Performance issues (again)

There is a performance problem with RedHat 7.3 & 9.0, Lotus Domino 6.0.3, and the Dell PowerEdge 1750. I saw the problem with HTTP so I can't tell if the other parts of Domino were running as expected.

Windows Server 2003 works well.
